Girls will need the following equipment in order to participate:

• Stick
• Goggles (Field hockey goggles are also acceptable)
• Mouthguard
• Cleats (soccer cleats are fine)
• Mouthguard case (recommended with backpack hook)
• Lacrosse Bag (optional)
• Headgear (optional)

How much does it cost to outfit a girl for lacrosse?

It depends. You should expect to spend no more than $120 for new equipment for a girl's first season of lacrosse, but there are second-hand options to reduce the cost, as well. Keep in mind, lacrosse equipment is not just an investment for the current season but an investment in her lacrosse future. Depending on growth spurts, you can expect your new equipment to last 3-4 seasons.
